I Spy Christmas Ornaments
Every December, I’m always looking for simple ways to keep the kids busy (and happy) while I try to wrap gifts or sneak a few quiet minutes with a cup of cocoa. This year’s favorite has been this Christmas Ornament I Spy & Coloring Page — it’s fun, festive, and just the right mix of challenge and calm.
The page is filled with Christmas ornaments in different designs. My kids love counting how many of each thing they can find — and honestly, it’s a little trickier than it looks at first glance! Once they’re done with the “I Spy” part, they go right into coloring mode, which keeps them busy for even longer.

I love this kind of printable because it keeps little hands and minds busy — but in a calm, screen-free way. It’s a nice reset during all the holiday chaos. You can turn it into a game or just let everyone color at their own pace while Christmas music plays in the background.
Even older kids enjoy this one since it’s detailed enough to feel a little more grown-up. And yes… I’ve definitely colored a few of these pages myself.
There’s something so nice about finding quiet little moments in between the hustle — and this Christmas I Spy printable has been such a sweet one for us. It’s perfect for cozy afternoons, classroom parties, or just a quiet morning when the snow is falling outside.
You can download it, print a few copies, and keep them tucked in a folder for when you need a few minutes of calm (or just want something festive to do together).
Save this post on Pinterest if you want to find it again next year — I promise it’ll be one you come back to.
